Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking an Operations Program Manager to oversee all manufacturing project execution, coordinating between Manufacturing, Procurement, Test, Quality, Engineering, Finance and Program Management to meet deadlines and budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a track record of delivering complex hardware programs with tight schedules and high visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 4+ years; or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or other highly schedule-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Interface and communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Develop resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules and tie-ins with Engineering milestones.
• Perform lead-time and critical path analysis on multi-level hardware builds.
• Assess cost and schedule risks and develop mitigations.
• Monitor and report financial, schedule, and technical performance of projects.
• Coordinate resources for rapid development efforts.
• Collaborate with Engineering on long-lead material procurement.
