Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years leading a multi-functional Integrated Product Team in an operations environment.
• Experience in manufacturing operations planning, quality assurance, or continuous improvement is beneficial.
• Proficiency with project management tools for resource planning, scheduling, and cost monitoring.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Secret security clearance required to start; U.S. Person status may be required for access to export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary conduit between program office and the Operations organization for development, production, and spares/repairs on assigned programs.
• Hold accountability for technical, cost, risk, and schedule performance for all Operations scope.
• Perform Control Account Manager responsibilities, including cost and schedule reporting using Earned Value Management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Contracts, Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain to support action planning.
• Contribute schedule inputs to the Integrated Master Schedule and support change-management processes.
• Develop, implement, and sustain success metrics and Lean initiatives to improve performance.
