Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Associate Manager, Production Planning in Clifton, New Jersey. You will supervise a team to plan and monitor production cycles, coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, and ensure material and labor readiness for on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience; Master’s with 4 years; or 10 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, coordinates and/or monitors final approval of products through the complete production cycle to meet production requirements.
• Advises management of the status of work in progress and coordinates with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, engineering, and program management.
• Ensures availability of materials and labor to meet production requirements and delivery commitments.
• Leads depot activity planning and development of depot plans; communicates status and improvements to processes and policies.
