Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a candidate for a cross-functional production support role within Operations Services. You will perform routine tasks across multiple systems and collaborate with internal partners to keep processes efficient.

You'll handle special projects requiring research, data analysis in Excel, and issue escalation to management. Opportunities exist to suggest processing improvements and optimize workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two to four years or more of operations services related work experience.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Ability to work with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support to multiple groups within Operations Services.
• Execute routine tasks in various operational systems and coordinate with partners.
• Assist with special projects involving research, spreadsheets, and data review.
• Identify and elevate issues to management when needed.
• Recommend and implement processing improvements where appropriate.
