Qualifications

Responsibilities

• This cross-functional role provides production support to multiple groups within Operations Services.
• Execute routine tasks across multiple operational systems and liaison with internal partners.
• Assist with special projects involving research, Excel, reviewing exceptions, and escalating issues.
• May recommend and implement processing improvements within production.
