Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a candidate for a cross-functional production support role within Operations Services. You will perform routine tasks across multiple systems and collaborate with internal partners to keep processes efficient.

You'll handle special projects requiring research, data analysis in Excel, and issue escalation to management. Opportunities exist to suggest processing improvements and optimize workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two to four years or more of operations services related work experience.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Ability to work with internal and external customers.

Job Description

This is a cross-functional position that provides production support to multiple groups within Operations Services or enterprise wide. Execute a variety of routine tasks within multiple operational systems and interacts with multiple internal partners. Assist with special projects that involves research, excel spreadsheets, review exceptions and elevate issues to management as appropriate. May have the opportunity to recommend and implement developed processing improvements within production.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to four years or more of operations services related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area, as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements
• Proven commitment to high quality customer service
• Ability to work well with external and internal customers
• Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding and knowledge of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services and enterprise wide
• Physical requirements could include lifting trays of work, pushing carts of work, standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation
• Strong PC skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate Excel experience

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.91
