Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a Process Expert across Level 2 processes.
• Ensure processes are executed as intended by cross-functional teams.
• Identify gaps, lead training to embed processes.
• Recommend metrics indicating process health and drive results.
• Monitor cross-functional processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Change Management to sustain processes and rollout.
