Job summary

L.L.Bean is seeking a Process Manager to join our Supply Chain team in Freeport, ME. You will analyze, design, and implement business processes while driving continuous improvement across scope.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, deliver training, and monitor metrics to ensure process health and meaningful outcomes. In partnership with senior managers and business owners, you will identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, prioritize opportunities, and sustain change through coaching

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Fast-paced, startup-type environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication across wide range of audiences.
• Understand change management and gain buy-in.
• Bias for action and issue resolution.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and disciplines.
• Proficient with MS Office and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build product development calendars across business categories.
• Act as a process expert across one or more processes.
• Ensure processes are executed as intended and train users.
• Recommend key process metrics and monitor health of processes.
• Identify opportunities for cross-functional process improvements.
• Lead process improvement efforts with Sr. Manager and BPO.
• Sustain changes with Change Management and coaching.
• Collaborate with IS on process implementation.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Provide updates to the organization on process performance.
• Facilitate, advise and coach business areas.
• Apply project management methodologies.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and roles.
• Assign tasks and necessary resources to team members.
