Job summary

L.L.Bean in Maine is seeking a Process Manager, Operational Productivity to drive smarter ways of working across the business using data, insight, and collaboration to unlock efficiency, improve performance, and help teams operate at their best.

This onsite role in Freeport requires 4-5 days on site. You will lead process improvements, train teams, and establish metrics that reflect process health while partnering with Change Management and IS teams.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, startup-type work environment.
• Strong communication across wide range of audiences.
• Understand change management and facilitate processes.
• Bias for action with issue resolution and closure.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Process Expert across Level 2 processes.
• Ensure process execution by cross-functional teams and identify knowledge gaps.
• Lead/conduct training to embed processes into regular practice.
• Recommend metrics indicating process health and drive results.
• Monitor cross-functional processes and prioritize improvements with leadership.
• Lead process design improvements with other managers.
• Collaborate with IS and Change Management on implementation.
• Manage process documentation content and delivery.
• Provide updates to the organization on process performance.
