Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Process Manager to lead learning, change management, and readiness initiatives across store operations. You will shape programs, collaborate with field leadership, and drive adoption of new processes and technologies for improved performance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in retail operations/process management, PMI familiarity, and strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder skills to deliver scalable solutions for store teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• PMI certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of work experience.
• 3 years of retail experience or process management in related area.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the fundamental components of problems and communicate the correct course of action to the team and the field.
• Develop and implement changes that improve store operations processes and drive value.
• Manage day-to-day processes related to their areas of responsibility and maintain project work plans.
• Manage issues and roadblocks related to their area of responsibility.
• Respond proactively to unanticipated store needs and drive execution of strategic projects.
• Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with the field/stores.
• Prepare and deliver high-level insights and recommendations based on analyses of industry/ business data.
• Provide guidance and training specific to area of expertise and translate findings into action.
• Maintain knowledge base regarding operations and processes within store operations.
• Oversee performance management and development of the support team (Business Analysts).
