Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to join the store leadership team in Rhode Island. You will lead the Order Fulfillment team, drive inbound freight and receiving SOPs, and implement shrink action plans while coaching associates on safety and customer service on the sales floor.

You will partner with store management to recruit, train, and engage associates, balance opening/closing duties, and ensure store readiness and SOP compliance across D93/D94 workflows.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• 1 year of relevant work experience including management of people and retail operations

Responsibilities

• Model and coach service leadership on the sales floor while directing D93 Receiving and D94 Order Fulfillment workflows within SLAs
• Assist with recruitment, training and development; monitor staffing and attendance; ensure safety and SOP adherence
• Lead opening and closing duties, secure the store, balance registers, and communicate priorities to the team
• Perform manager on duty functions, escalate non-standard issues to the Store Manager or ASM, and maintain safety and operational standards
