Job summary

The Home Depot seeks a Manager, Operations Process to lead learning, change management, and operational readiness efforts across the business. This role partners with store leadership to design and deliver training programs, change initiatives, and adoption strategies that drive successful implementation of new processes and technologies.

The leader will manage a team of Business Analysts, drive process improvements, and ensure associates are equipped with knowledge and tools to meet business

Qualifications

• Experience in learning, change management, or operations readiness is preferred.
• Strong facilitation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve learning, change management, and operational readiness strategies.
• Manage a team of training professionals and partner across the business.
• Design and deliver learning programs, communications, and adoption plans for new initiatives.
• Provide guidance and training in area of expertise and translate data into actionable insights.
