Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Analyst/Project Manager to drive the Service Department Evolution, translating strategy into action and coordinating front-end deliverables. You will address risks and collaborate with Directors and Managers to keep initiatives on track and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of retail experience or process management preferred.
• PMI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems and determine the correct course of action for the team and field.
• Develop and implement changes to improve store operations and drive value.
• Create and maintain project work plans; manage day-to-day processes.
• Identify and resolve issues and roadblocks in area of responsibility.
• Communicate with field/stores and internal stakeholders to drive initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analyses.
