Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team on the sales floor, ensuring accurate inbound freight processing, receiving SOPs, and high standards for service and safety.

You will coach associates, drive performance, manage MOD duties, and support staffing, training, and adherence to safety policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• 1 year of relevant work experience including management of people and retail operations.
• At least 1 year of merchandising and/or operational experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in big box retail.
• Knowledge of the home improvement industry.
• Through education, knowledge, and abilities typically acquired via high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead D93 (Receiving) and D94 (Order Fulfillment) workflows to ensure orders are received, picked, and staged within SLAs.
• Audit delivery orders for accuracy and quality to prevent customer issues.
• Coach and develop associates; complete performance management documentation for review.
• Open/Close operations: secure building, balance registers, and lead daily priorities with the Store Manager/ASMs.
