Job summary

Keystone Area Education Agency is seeking an Agency Operations Coordinator to support operations across departments, improve processes, and strengthen communication between leadership, staff, and school partners.

Working with agency leadership, this role coordinates cross-department initiatives, supports administrative reporting and financial and service-for-fee operations, and helps Keystone AEA effectively serve schools, educators, and students, with potential for a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in project coordination, organizational operations, and process improvement.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and maintain confidentiality
