Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Process Manager to lead the procure-to-pay cycle and ensure accurate, compliant financial operations. This role acts as the Workday subject matter expert for supplier invoices, expenses, fixed assets, and payments for services.

You will oversee daily payment processing, maintain asset records, and support year-end activities while driving internal controls and cross-functional collaboration within the Finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of related work experience and supervisory experience.
• Not-for-profit or government contracting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily payment processing, including ACH, check, and card transactions.
• Manage accounts payable risks and controls related to suppliers, invoices, W-9s, garnishments, and 1099 reporting.
• Serve as the Workday business process owner for supplier invoices, expenses, and fixed assets.
