Job summary

EBG is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator in Orlando. You will support guests, the Operations Support team, and the customer care department, handling issues, bookings, and reporting across hybrid office and remote settings.

The role emphasizes ticketing experience, superb service, and strong spreadsheet/reporting skills, with opportunities to collaborate across departments and vendors in a dynamic travel/entertainment marketplace.

Qualifications

• Experience with Ticketing, Events, Hospitality / Hotels, Attractions, Box Office, Yield Management, or Technical Operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications; intermediate level in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent customer service and vendor relations skills.
• Fluency in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest issues and escalations.
• Fulfill manually booked products and manage ticket transfers.
• Provide outstanding service to all customers; internal and external.
• Assist vendors with various reports and maintain detailed spreadsheets.
• Support Customer Care, Operation Support and IROs as needed.
• Take and make calls on a recorded line; work both remotely and in office.
