Qualifications

• Property and Casualty Insurance a Plus
• Some work experience in an Operations or Call Center environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Research, test and implement solutions to technical or operational problems or procedures
• Initiate and test system changes and produce requirements from policy changes
• Represent Operations during requirements and testing of new or existing system functionality
• Analyze workflows and suggest process improvements for job related procedures
• Escalate system and procedural anomalies and provide timely solutions
• Document and maintain procedures and updates as needed
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for areas of responsibility on projects
• Coordinate with leadership as a business-technical resource
