Job summary

HomeServe in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Business Process Analyst to drive cross-functional process improvements that boost operational efficiency and service quality across Operations. You will identify opportunities, analyze processes, recommend solutions, and support implementation with data-driven decision making and clear documentation.

The role partners with Operations leadership, IT, and other stakeholders to translate complex operational challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Technical Writing) or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business process improvement, operations, or analytics.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data; develop actionable insights and present recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and improvement.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
