Champions Group is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to provide essential administrative, analytical, and operational support to the Business Operations Team. This role manages workflows, performs data analysis, maintains reporting tools, and supports daily activities across safety, claims, fleet, facilities, compliance/licensing, and lender financing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• 2–4 years in admin, operations, or data/reporting roles.
• Certifications in CIRM, CPSM, PMP, SCOR, Lean, Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Business Operations Team.
• Gather data, prepare summaries, and coordinate cross-functional communication across safety, claims, fleet, facilities, and licensing.
• Maintain databases and automate/streamline operational reports with minimal manual input.
• Support data collection across multiple functions and vendors.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis and prepare actionable summaries.
• Document workflow changes and standardize processes across centers; work with regional leadership to identify best practices.
