Job summary

HomeServe USA, a Great Place to Work-certified company, seeks a Contractor Operations Claims Analyst in Chattanooga, TN. You will analyze claims data, generate reports, and audit contractors to ensure adherence to policy terms, rate schedules, and processes.

You’ll work with Operations and Finance to improve underwriting performance and customer experience, driving cost avoidance and efficiency. The role requires at least 2 years in data analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, auditing, or related field and demonstrates knowledge of Contractor Operations processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Word/PowerPoint.
• Experience with field service management applications such as ServiceBench, Service Titan or Dispatch Technologies preferred.
• Strong analytical mind with ability to make solution-oriented decisions guiding business action.

Responsibilities

• Complete audits monthly, quarterly, or annually within Contractor Management to remain SOX compliant.
• Analyze claims data to identify unfavorable trends or opportunities in claims performance.
• Create and document action plans for business process changes identified during audits.
• Develop framework to track and monitor implementation of changes and their impact on claims performance.
• Communicate insightful summaries to stakeholders with recommended actions.
