Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business Process Analyst within Global Sales Operations to map and optimize cross‑functional workflows, aligning stakeholders and standardizing procedures before technical development.

You will partner with Sales Operations, IT, Product, Finance, and other leaders to redesign and automate processes, improve efficiency and customer experience, and measure impact with KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 5+ years of experience in business process management, business analysis, or operational transformation.
• Visio, Lucidchart or similar BPM tools.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization.
• Develop enterprise process maps and SOPs.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Establish process governance and standards.
• Facilitate process workshops with business stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Translate operational needs into scalable business solutions.
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop KPIs and SLAs to measure process performance.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with IT to automate business processes using enterprise technologies.
• Support Salesforce and enterprise application improvements.
• Evaluate AI, workflow automation, and digital technologies.
• Collaborate on system implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
