You will identify opportunities, analyze processes, develop data-driven recommendations, and support implementation while collaborating with leadership to ensure sustainable improvements. Salary range is $65,000–$80,000 with a 5% annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, technical writing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business process improvement, operations, business analysis, or related.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience or potential to grow.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and assist in implementing best practices and process improvements.
• Analyze operational data to generate actionable insights for leadership.
• Design and implement process improvements across departments.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and documentation standards.
• Create dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to measure improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT to translate technical requirements into operational solutions.
