Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business Process Analyst within Global Sales Operations to map and optimize cross-functional workflows. You will focus on the why and the business flow, aligning stakeholders to standardize procedures before IT implementation.

You will partner with Sales Operations, IT, Product, Finance, and other leaders to redesign and automate processes enhancing efficiency and customer experience. 360-degree operational improvement is the goal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; 5+ years in BPM or transformation.
• Experience with BPM tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no visa).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, and optimization.
• Develop enterprise SOPs and process maps.
• Partner with Sales, IT, Product, Finance, and Marketing.
• Drive Lean initiatives and define KPIs/SLAs.
