Responsibilities

• Serves as SME with IT for planning, testing, and implementation of new applications and process improvements.
• Responsible for training and certification of onshore and offshore teams on revised and newly developed processes, procedures, and applications.
• Assists management in oversight and revision of controls around production and quality for onshore and offshore teams.
• Partners with management to create action plans to improve production and quality across departments, including offshore partners.
• Reports progress to management and aligns with established project plans.
