Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Bachelor''s degree in supply chain, engineering or production operations is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data tooling is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Production & Materials Coordinators for production support, raw material planning, inventory management, reporting, purchasing support, and data accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles, PDCA, problem solving, root cause analysis, and value stream thinking.
• Lead cross-functional projects impacting multiple departments, defining objectives, managing timelines, and ensuring sustainable solutions.
• Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and metrics to improve visibility and drive action across the organization.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to improve production readiness and material availability.
