Job summary

Hallmark is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Supply Chain to lead up to 55 employees, directing scheduling and work assignments to meet productivity, service, quality and cost targets across the Kansas/Missouri network.

This role covers Lawrence and Leavenworth facilities and the Liberty, MO distribution center. You will coach teams, apply PDCA/A3 tools for continuous improvement, and partner with leadership to reduce costs while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3+ years supervising direct reports.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering or production operations.
• Experience with SAP and/or Manhattan.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise up to 55 employees in a multi-site supply chain.
• Direct scheduling and work assignments to achieve productivity, service, quality, and cost targets.
• Drive continuous improvement using PDCA/A3 tools with leadership and operators.
• Coach and mentor teams and manage cost targets while maintaining safety and quality.
