Hallmark Cards in Kansas/Missouri is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Supply Chain to lead up to 55 employees, directing and coordinating the scheduling and assignment of work to meet productivity, service, quality and cost targets. As an Operations Supervisor – Supply Chain, you will lead up to 55 Hallmark employees, directing and coordinating the scheduling and assignment of work to ensure productivity, serviceability, quality, and cost targets are met. Across supply chain at Hallmark, we focus on working together to accomplish goals as a team, exceeding our customer’s expectations along the way!
The Operations Supervisor role may be filled at any of our Kansas/Missouri supply chain locations, across any of the shifts – 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or weekend. Occasional weekend work may be required for those on a M-F weekly shift, dependent on business need.
Hallmark products are produced in both of our Kansas Manufacturing facilities located in Lawrence, Kansas and Leavenworth, Kansas. These facilities produce most of our greeting cards, gift wrap, ribbons & bows, tissue paper and stickers. Our Liberty Distribution Center, located in Liberty, Missouri, fulfills and distributes most of these products to our customers.
