Job summary

Hallmark is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Supply Chain to direct and coordinate the scheduling and assignment of work for up to 55 employees across our Kansas/Missouri facilities. You will drive productivity, quality, and cost targets while leading a team through continuous improvement initiatives using PDCA/A3 tools.

The role requires strong leadership, mentoring abilities, and proficient use of Microsoft Office; preferred experience includes SAP/Manhattan and Lean principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supervising direct reports.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Associate's degree or higher with a graduation date Dec 2026 or May 2027 (or higher).

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 55 Hallmark employees, directing and coordinating scheduling and assignment of work to meet productivity, serviceability, quality and cost targets.
• Continuous improvement using PDCA/A3 tools with leadership and operators to achieve cost reduction targets.
• Lead and motivate your team to carry out the goals and objectives of your area and the company.
