Hallmark Cards in Kansas/Missouri is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Supply Chain to lead up to 55 employees, directing and coordinating the scheduling and assignment of work to meet productivity, service, quality and cost targets. The role focuses on aligning team efforts with Hallmark's goals and ensuring efficient operations.

The position requires PDCA/A3-based problem solving, strong leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvement with the leadership team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent AND a minimum of 3 years supervising direct reports; OR Associate’s degree or higher, with a graduation date of Dec 2026 or May 2027.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Continuous improvement – you’ll be using a disciplined problem-solving approach, using PDCA/A3 tools with our leadership team and operators to achieve or exceed cost reduction targets.
