ABCO Facility Maintenance is seeking an Operations Performance Manager to lead operational teams remotely, overseeing performance, schedules, and reviews. You will drive accountability through Team Leaders, identify gaps from reports, and push corrective actions to keep projects on track in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of leadership, comfort with data and KPIs, strong organization, and the ability to learn a complex operation quickly while adapting to irregular hours.

Operations Performance Manager

Remote | 30-40 hours/week $28/hr

ABCO is seeking a strong operations leader to oversee performance across assigned operational teams.

Responsibilities

Own employee reviews.
Build and manage schedules.
Review reports and identify performance gaps.
Hold Team Leaders accountable for results.
Drive corrective action when targets are missed.
Ensure work is progressing on time.
Improve structure, consistency and accountability.
Manage through Team Leaders - not by working individual accounts.

Ideal Candidate

Strong people-leadership experience, 5+ years experience.
Comfortable managing through data and KPIs.

Able to quickly learn a complex operation.

Comfortable in a fast-paced operation that does not always fit a traditional 9-5 schedule.

Facilities experience is not required, but is a plus.

Position Requirements

Experience in continued administrative functions (3+ years)
Good track record of employment
Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills
Good phone personality
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Extremely computer savvy (excel/internet searches/outlook/quick data entry/scheduling)
Flexible hours
Construction/Maintenance environment experienced preferred, but not required.
Must meet all pre-employment requirements
