Job summary

Abco Maintenance Inc. is seeking an Operations Performance Manager to lead a remote team across Missouri-based operations. This role focuses on driving performance through data, scheduling, and accountability for Team Leaders, with 30-40 hours per week at $28/hr.

You will oversee employee reviews, build schedules, review reports for gaps, and drive corrective actions to keep projects on track in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure work is progressing on time.
• Improve structure, consistency and accountability.
• Manage through Team Leaders - not by working individual accounts.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong people-leadership experience, 5+ years experience.
• Comfortable managing through data and KPIs.
• Organized, decisive and accountable.
• Able to quickly learn a complex operation.
• Willing to address performance issues directly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced operation that does not always fit a traditional 9-5 schedule.

Facilities experience is not required, but is a plus.
