Job summary

ABCO Facility Maintenance is seeking an Operations Performance Manager to lead remote teams and drive performance across assigned operations. You will oversee schedules, reviews, and accountability through Team Leaders, using data and KPIs to close gaps and ensure timely progress.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and flexibility for non-traditional hours. Experience in facilities is a plus, but not required.

• Hold Team Leaders accountable for results.
• Drive corrective action when targets are missed.
• Ensure work is progressing on time.
• Improve structure, consistency and accountability.
• Manage through Team Leaders - not by working individual accounts.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong people-leadership experience, 5+ years experience.
• Comfortable managing through data and KPIs.
• Organized, decisive and accountable.
• Able to quickly learn a complex operation.
• Willing to address performance issues directly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced operation that does not always fit a traditional 9-5 schedule.

Facilities experience is not required, but is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience in continued administrative functions (3+ years)
• Good track record of employment
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication skills
• Good phone personality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Extremely computer savvy (excel/internet searches/outlook/quick data entry/scheduling)
• Flexible hours
• Construction/Maintenance environment experienced preferred, but not required.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements
