Job summary

ABCO Facility Maintenance seeks an Operations Performance Manager to oversee performance across assigned operational teams. This remote role offers 30-40 hours per week at $28 per hour and requires strong leadership and data-driven decision making.

You will own employee reviews, build schedules, review reports for performance gaps, and drive corrective actions through Team Leaders while ensuring work progresses on time in a fast-paced environment.

Position Requirements

• Experience in continued administrative functions (3+ years)
• Good track record of employment
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication skills
• Good phone personality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Extremely computer savvy (excel/internet searches/outlook/quick data entry/scheduling)
• Flexible hours
• Construction/Maintenance environment experienced preferred, but not required.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements
