Job summary

ABCO Facility Maintenance is seeking an Operations Performance Manager to oversee performance across assigned operational teams. This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and ability to manage through Team Leaders in a fast-paced environment.

The position is remote within a 30-40 hour week framework with compensation at $28/hr. Georgia location guidance and full-time/part-time flexibility are part of the opportunity.

• Build and manage schedules.
• Review reports and identify performance gaps.
• Hold Team Leaders accountable for results.
• Drive corrective action when targets are missed.
• Ensure work is progressing on time.
• Improve structure, consistency and accountability.
• Manage through Team Leaders - not by working individual accounts.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong people-leadership experience, 5+ years experience.
• Comfortable managing through data and KPIs.
• Organized, decisive and accountable.
• Able to quickly learn a complex operation.
• Willing to address performance issues directly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced operation that does not always fit a traditional 9-5 schedule.

Facilities experience is not required, but is a plus.
