Job summary

ABCO Facility Maintenance is seeking an Operations Performance Manager to lead multiple operational teams remotely. The role focuses on driving performance through data analytics, KPI oversight, and structured leadership, with flexible hours (30-40 per week) at a rate of $28 per hour.

Ideal candidates will guide Team Leaders, review results, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track in a fast-paced setting. Location is remote within the United States.

• Ensure work is progressing on time.
• Improve structure, consistency and accountability.
• Manage through Team Leaders - not by working individual accounts.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong people-leadership experience, 5+ years experience.
• Comfortable managing through data and KPIs.
• Organized, decisive and accountable.
• Able to quickly learn a complex operation.
• Willing to address performance issues directly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced operation that does not always fit a traditional 9-5 schedule.

Facilities experience is not required, but is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience in continued administrative functions (3+ years)
• Good track record of employment
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication skills
• Good phone personality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Extremely computer savvy (excel/internet searches/outlook/quick data entry/scheduling)
• Flexible hours
• Construction/Maintenance environment experienced preferred, but not required.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements
