Job summary

ABCO Facility Maintenance is seeking an Operations Performance Manager to oversee performance across assigned operational teams in a remote, 30-40 hour per week role at $28/hr. You will own employee reviews, build schedules, review reports for gaps, and hold Team Leaders accountable while driving on-time progress in a fast-paced operation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of leadership experience, strong data/KPI skills, and the ability to address performance issues directly; facilities experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is progressing on time.
• Improve structure, consistency and accountability.
• Manage through Team Leaders - not by working individual accounts.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong people-leadership experience, 5+ years experience.
• Comfortable managing through data and KPIs.
• Organized, decisive and accountable.
• Able to quickly learn a complex operation.
• Willing to address performance issues directly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced operation that does not always fit a traditional 9-5 schedule.

Facilities experience is not required, but is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience in continued administrative functions (3+ years)
• Good track record of employment
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication skills
• Good phone personality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Extremely computer savvy (excel/internet searches/outlook/quick data entry/scheduling)
• Flexible hours
• Construction/Maintenance environment experienced preferred, but not required.
