Job summary

ABCO Facility Maintenance seeks an Operations Performance Manager to lead performance across assigned operational teams in a remote-capable role. You will partner with Team Leaders to drive scheduling, reviews and process improvements while maintaining accountability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of people leadership, strong data and KPI literacy, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours and a focus on results are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in continued administrative functions (3+ years).
• Good track record of employment.
• Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good phone personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Extremely computer savvy (excel/internet searches/outlook/quick data entry/scheduling).

• Hold Team Leaders accountable for results.
• Drive corrective action when targets are missed.
• Ensure work is progressing on time.
• Improve structure, consistency and accountability.
• Manage through Team Leaders - not by working individual accounts.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong people-leadership experience, 5+ years experience.
• Comfortable managing through data and KPIs.
• Organized, decisive and accountable.
• Able to quickly learn a complex operation.
• Willing to address performance issues directly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced operation that does not always fit a traditional 9-5 schedule.

Facilities experience is not required, but is a plus.
