Job summary

HMSHost is seeking an Operations Performance Controller based in Boston Logan International Airport to lead financial and operational analysis across F&B, Duty Paid, and Duty Free. You will drive KPI reporting, support development projects, and partner with branch management to optimize sales, costs and labor.

The role requires strong Excel skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to operate in a matrixed environment while building cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years combined education and professional experience.
• 2 years of supervisory leadership experience in accounting/financial analysis.
• 6–8 years in ledger reconciliation and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Track company-defined financial metrics across areas of responsibility and drive focus on sales, cost and labor controls.
• Evaluate financial risks and returns for new opportunities and support development projects.
• Partner with branch management to improve store performance through regular reviews and KPI variance analysis.
• Ensure financial integrity of income statements and balance sheets through close processes and cash reviews.
• Lead training for inventory management, cost of sales optimization, and labor workforce planning.
