HMSHost Corporation in Seattle is seeking an Operations Performance Controller to lead financial and operational analysis across F&B venues at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. You will track KPIs, support JV activities, and provide insights to drive sales, costs and labor optimization.

The role requires 6+ years in finance/operational analysis, strong Excel modeling skills, and the ability to collaborate with airport management. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in finance/operational analysis roles
• 2 years in leadership supervising a team
• MBA or master’s degree adds 2 years
• 3–5 years Hospitality/F&B/Retail experience
• Strong Excel financial modeling skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulations

Responsibilities

• Track defined financial metrics across area of responsibility
• Evaluate financial risks and returns for opportunities
• Partner with branch management to improve performance
• Evaluate accounting processes to support store-level sales growth
• Maintain internal control environment and compliance with standards
• Train management on KPIs and cost/labor optimization
• Participate in joint venture meetings and vendor analysis
• Support price sweeps, menu/product optimization, market share analysis
• Oversee maintenance of internal accounting records
