Qualifications

• 6+ years in leadership or technical roles in accounting/financial analysis.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related master's preferred for additional years.
• Hospitality/F&B/retail experience 3–5 years is advantageous.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to analyze variance.

Responsibilities

• Track financial metrics and ensure managers focus on sales, cost, and labor controls.
• Evaluate financial risks and returns for new opportunities and projects.
• Partner with branch management to improve store performance through reviews.
• Maintain internal accounting records and prepare timely area reports.
• Support inventory management, cost of sales, and labor optimization initiatives.
