Job summary

HMSHost is seeking an Operations Performance Controller to analyze financial and operational data across F&B, Duty Paid and Duty Free. You will partner with store management to drive sales, reduce costs and optimize labor, while ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to corporate standards.

The role requires 6+ years in finance/operations analysis within hospitality, with strong Excel modeling and cross-functional collaboration. Seattle area position with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen and ability to teach variance analysis.
• Proven leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams.
• Experience reading and interpreting contractual agreements.
• Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks independently.
