Ozark Regional Vein & Artery Center and affiliated clinics in Northwest Arkansas are seeking a Clinic Operations Assistant to support daily HR and operational tasks across three locations. You will play a hands-on role in onboarding, HRIS data entry, recruitment, and process improvements while ensuring a smoothly running multi-site healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HR certification required.
• 3–5 years of administrative, operations, or similar experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred.
• Healthcare or multi-site experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with Excel/Word and general systems.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new team members and manage HRIS data.
• Assist with recruitment and candidate interviews.
• Support HR processes: payroll, onboarding, performance management.
• Provide backup accounting support (AP/AR, data entry in QuickBooks Online).
• Coordinate with clinic leaders to keep operations across three sites running smoothly.
