Job summary

Ozark Regional Vein & Artery Center is seeking a Treatment Coordinator for our Northwest Arkansas clinics. This full‑time, in‑person role supports multiple locations from Monday to Thursday, 7:00am–5:30pm, handling insurance review, pricing, and scheduling after provider recommendations.

You will guide patients through benefit explanations, discuss costs and financing options, and ensure a seamless transition from consultation to treatment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken communication.
• Ability to explain insurance benefits and payment options clearly.
• Empathy and attention to detail in patient interactions.
• Comfort with medical billing and insurance verification processes.
• Experience with practice management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients after consultation to review treatment plan.
• Explain insurance benefits, deductibles, and out‑of‑pocket costs.
• Present pricing, packages and financing options clearly.
• Schedule treatment appointments and coordinate logistics across locations.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/EMR systems.
• Proactively follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled.
• Re-engage patients who paused care to get them back on track.
• Collaborate with providers and Client Concierge for seamless handoffs.
