Job summary

Ozark Regional Vein & Artery Center (ORVAC), with Renew Aesthetics and The Edge Men's Health, seeks a reliable Clinic Operations Assistant to support daily operations across Northwest Arkansas. In this hands-on, multi-site role you’ll assist HR and operations, onboard new hires, manage data entry and payroll support, coordinate with clinic leaders, and drive process improvements.

Four-day, in-person schedule; 3–5 years of admin/ops experience; Bachelor's degree and HR certification preferred;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP or higher) required.
• Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and HRIS/HR systems.
• 3–5 years of administrative/operations experience required.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred.
• Experience in HR/employee experience preferred.
• Healthcare or multi-site experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a go-to resource for team members' HR and benefits questions.
• Coordinate the new-hire experience from offer through first 90 days.
• Help plan recognition and engagement efforts across all three clinics.
• Maintain confidential employee records with discretion.
• Assist in maintaining organized systems, documentation, and workflows.
• Assist in management of HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll (iSolved experience preferred).
• Coordinate follow-ups with vendors, team members, and leadership as needed.
• Provide backup accounting support (AP/AR, data entry in QuickBooks Online).
• Assist with special projects and process improvements as assigned.
• Gather information, track progress, and help ensure completion of tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve organization and efficiency.
