Job summary

Community Clinic in the Arkansas River Valley is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee primary care clinics, focusing on day-to-day operations, patient flow, staff compliance, and consistent service standards across sites.

You will hire, train, schedule staff, monitor performance, manage budgets, and coordinate with IT, compliance, HR, and maintenance to keep clinics running smoothly and within regulatory guidelines, while fostering a collaborative regional culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Practice or Clinic Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned clinic locations to ensure efficient patient flow and quality standards.
• Direct clinic staff hiring, performance management, training, and scheduling across sites.
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor operations and provide hands-on support.
• Standardize workflows and processes across sites to drive consistency and compliance.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and cross-site coverage.
• Partner with location leads to align priorities and foster a unified regional team.
