Job summary

Ozark Regional Vein & Artery Center is seeking a Treatment Coordinator in Northwest Arkansas. This full-time, in-person role guides patients from consultation to scheduling, explaining insurance and cost, and coordinating treatment appointments across clinics.

You’ll present pricing, assist with financing options, and maintain CRM/EMR records. Strong communication and empathy are essential, with Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn a treatment recommendation into a scheduled appointment.
• Explain insurance benefits, deductibles, and payment options clearly.
• Present pricing and financing options with confidence.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate logistics across locations.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/EMR systems.
• Follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled.
• Re-engage patients who paused care and ensure smooth handoffs.
