  • Coaching frontline leaders. You help Supervisors and Managers build confidence and capability – delivering clear feedback, setting expectations, and addressing issues early
  • Navigating employee relations. You lead employee relations matters, including performance concerns, policy and leaves questions, attendance issues, and other sensitive situations, with the judgment to know when and how to escape
  • Driving performance and accountability. You guide leaders through goal setting, performance improvement, recognition, and fair decision-making, helping teams maintain a high bar with high care
  • Creating clarity and consistency. You help leaders apply People policies and practices consistently across an exempt and non-exempt workforce, partnering closely with Talent Activation, People Operations, and Legal when needed

  • Support annual and quarterly planning and roadmapping for Operations people priorities
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to spot trends, surface insights, and proactively shape people decisions before issues arise

  • Mental health breaks: Two hours every week to journal, exercise, or sleep in.
  • Work-life balance: Unlimited PTO and a week off in December to recharge.
  • Remote office setup: $1,000 stipend for remote employees to equip your home office.
  • Wellness stipend: $300 to spend on things that helpyou take care of yourself.

You’re a clear, adaptable communicator. You can simplify complex issues, write strong documentation, and tailor your approach for employees of differing levels and roles

You’re a high-performance operator. You manage a dynamic portfolio of work, follow through reliably, and bring structure and momentum to ambiguous, complex situations

You’re an experienced People Business Partner with experience supporting a multi-state, fast-paced workforce that includes both exempt and non-exempt employees. You have at least 5 years of experience in an HRBP or People Partner role with strong emphasis on supporting non-exempt populations; even better if you have firsthand experience working in a frontline or customer-facing operational role, giving you a practical understanding of the day-to-day realities facing the teams you’ll support

You’re analytical and systems-minded. You use data and business context to identify trends and translate recurring challenges into practical, scalable solutions

You know how to develop first time managers, especially those on the frontlines. You know how to meet newer leaders where they are, ask the right questions, give direct feedback with care, and build credibility quickly

You bring excellent judgment. You can balance empathy, risk, and business needs; handle sensitive information with discretion; and know when to act independently versus pull in the right partners

You’re willing to roll up your sleeves. You enjoy being close to the day-to-day work, diving into the details, and working alongside earlier career leaders to move issues forward. You use that context to make better decisions, identify patterns, and improve how the organization operates

Research shows that some groups hesitate to apply unless they meet every qualification. If you’re excited about this role but don’t check every box, we encourage you to apply. At Grow, we value diverse experiences, transferable skills, and the unique strengths each person brings
