Job summary

Upside is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with managers across Engineering and Retail Go-To-Market, delivering high-quality HR support in a fast-growing environment. You will coach leaders on performance, development, engagement, and team effectiveness while shaping people programs that support scale.

You’ll analyze people data, drive initiatives with the People & Workplace team, and help foster Upside's culture of trust, transparency, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience supporting Engineering and/or Sales teams as an HRBP.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting people managers and employees across a variety of teams or functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with people managers across client groups to deliver day-to-day HR support.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance, development, engagement, and team efficiency.
• Support and implement people programs and processes, including performance reviews and talent discussions.
• Analyze people data and trends to find opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
• Serve as a trusted contact for employees, reinforcing Upside's culture and values.
