Job summary

Grow Therapy seeks an experienced People Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to Supervisors and Managers across Operations. This role drives coaching, performance management, and policy guidance, ensuring consistent people practices and strong leadership support.

You will handle employee relations with sound judgment, influence decision-making, and partner with cross-functional teams to align workforce priorities with business goals.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of HRBP/People Partner experience supporting a multi-state workforce.
• Experience supporting exempt and non-exempt populations.
• Experience in frontline or customer-facing operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical, data-driven approach to people decisions.
• Ability to coach leaders, give direct feedback with care, and build credibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to Supervisors and Managers across Operations, guiding coaching and development.
• Navigate employee relations matters with sound judgment and timely escalation.
• Drive performance, set expectations, and support fair, consistent decision-making.
• Help apply People policies consistently across exempt and non-exempt staff.
• Collaborate with Talent Activation, People Operations, and Legal as needed.
• Support planning and roadmapping for People priorities in Operations.
